Kane scored two goals against Brighton and Hove Albion in the Fourth Round of the FA Cup.
Withstanding a brief flicker of a revival from their visitors after the interval, Tottenham were back in control by the closing stages of the second half as they completed an impressively comprehensive win over a long-unbeaten side.
Their star strikers look fit and sharp following a rare rest and a week on the training ground.
Spurs progress deservedly to the fifth round, where they will be among the favourites to take another step towards their former home at Wembley.
Eliminated Brighton, meanwhile, must concentrate solely on their pursuit of a top-half finish in the league.
Though the much-admired Bissouma again proved his credentials as a midfielder of the top calibre.
Brighton will otherwise be disappointed with how they limped out of the cup.
And the Seagulls have now won only two of their last 10 FA Cup matches against Premier League sides.
Tottenham, though, is in the hat for tomorrow’s draw and can continue to dream of a first triumph in the competition for more than three decades.

Goals:
1-0. Tottenham takes the lead following another Brighton blunder at the back, as Webster overplays and gifts the ball to Kane around 20 yards from goal. Naturally, the Spurs striker accepts such a generous invitation and curls the ball into the top-right corner to open the scoring.
2-0. The hosts extend their lead in fortuitous circumstances, as Emerson’s cross from the right byline is heavily deflected off a fast-closing March and arcs straight over Sanchez’s head into the top-left corner of the net. That was lucky for the Spurs, but they’ll take it! It is 2-0 now to the hosts.
2-1. Bissouma drives across the edge of the box unchallenged and offered an invitation to strike at goal, proceeds to fire past Lloris following a heavy deflection off Hojbjerg’s back. Their improved play since the break merits a plan.
3-1. Son collects the ball on the halfway line, and leaving Webster, continues into the box in his wake. While the defender ultimately intervenes as he desperately tracks back, his touch only rolls into the path of Kane, who prods the ball over the line from just a yard out.
