Xabi Alonso may replace Carlo Ancelotti next season. Fichajes claims that Xabi Alonso has been selected as the front-runner to succeed Carlo Ancelotti as Real Madrid’s coach in the upcoming campaign. At the moment, the Spaniard is in charge of Bundesliga team Bayer Leverkusen.
After the 2023–24 season, Ancelotti’s contract with Los Blancos will expire, and he is expected to leave the team. The Italian will join Brazil and lead the team at the 2024 Copa America, according to CBF president Ednaldo Rodrigues.
