Journalist shares update on Kim Min-Jae’s future. Kim Min-Jae, who is a target for Manchester United, received an update from Italian journalist Salvatore Caizza. The South Korean central defender will join the Red Devils for the duration of his career, the journalist informed Napoli’s official radio partner Radio Kiss Kiss.
The Napoli club that won the Serie A this season relied heavily on Min-Jae. While Victor Osimhen was the hero of the attack, Min-Jae played a crucial role in the defense. Additionally, the defender was selected as the league’s defensive player of the year.
United is closely monitoring the player as they aim to bolster their defense. Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof have struggled to maintain consistency at the back, whilst Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez have been rock solid.
The Red Devils are therefore seeking to strengthen their backline. Erik ten Hag is eager to bolster the group because his team will be back in the UEFA Champions League the following year.
In a recent interview, Caiazza discussed the 26-year-old and said: “Kim? He will spend the remainder of his days at Manchester United.”
Any club would have to spend more than €60 million to acquire Min-Jae. The South Korean reportedly accepted an offer to play with the Red Devils lately, according to reports. However, his agent denied those assertions, telling Star News:
“It is not true that I’m moving to Manchester United. Kim Min-Jae is currently concentrating on completing the season. The English Premier League’s final rankings and Champions League qualification have not been determined. Moving is not necessary.”
Target for Manchester United According to Kim Min-Jae, another person is acting as his agent:
Kim Min-Jae is a player whose interest in Manchester United is well-known. But the athlete just made a startling assertion. He claimed that a different person is acting as his agent on his Instagram story.
He went on to say that the individual was meeting with other teams and even young players while pretending to be his agent. Nobody should fall for the bogus agent, said Min-Jae. (According to Get Italian Football News) He stated: “Someone is pretending to be my agent. In incognito, [they are] meeting clubs and young players. Not my agent, this. Take precautions and learn more about my agent.”
In the summer, Min-Jae might be moving around. The South Korean defender might be an asset for any prospective buyer given the caliber he has shown this season.
